2. The petitioner has come before this Court for issuance of direction to the concerned respondents to entertain an appeal, if any appeal is filed by the petitioner against the order of Consolidation Officer, Nanpur, passed in Case no. 418 of 1977.
3. It appears that the Consolidation Officer, Nanpur, during Consolidation proceeding, passed certain orders and after closure of Consolidation proceeding and issuance of notification under section 26-A of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Fragmentation Act, the petitioner has filed this petition and, therefore, in my view, this petition does not have any force and should be dismissed in limine.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on the Admission stage itself.
5. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
Patna High Court CWJC No.11310 of 2015 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner, if he raises his grievance before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.
