The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute there is allegation of commission of assault by means of iron rod.

Specific allegation is against Umesh Singh to have caused injury with iron rod at the head of the informant. Submission is that the doctor has found simple

Since petitioner Umesh Singh had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. So far as petitioner nos. 2 to 7 are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them. Hence, let the petitioner nos. 2 to 7, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thi9rty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No. 266 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
