In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 163C of 2018 registered for offences under sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The Court has tried to resolve the dispute between the parties but could not succeed.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.949 of 2019(6) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 163C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.

The present anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner will pay Rs. 2,000/- per month to be credited in the account of the opposite party no.2 by every 7th of each month and in failure to make payment even for a single month, the anticipatory bail, granted today, will be treated to have been withdrawn. The opposite party no.2 will furnish the details of the account number to her counsel who, in turn, will be obliged to remit the same to the counsel for the petitioner. (Shivaji Pandey, J) rishi/- U T
