As prayed, four weeks' time is granted to the counsel for the petitioner to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office.

The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2 by order dated 12-07-2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3020 of 2021.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the order of maintenance has already been passed by the competent Family Court but in spite of that the O.P. No. 2 is not paying the maintenance.

If any application for execution of order of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72480 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 maintenance before the Family Court is made on behalf of the petitioner, the Family Court shall dispose of the said application within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.

With the said observation, the present cancellation application stands disposed of.
