Patna High Court CWJC No.16068 of 2007 (3) dt.20-04-2015 ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 In view of the nature of the grievances/claims raised on behalf of the petitioner, detailed in paragraph no.1, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to him to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent District Collector, Banka, raising all the pleas, which have been raised in the present writ petition.
If such a comprehensive representation is filed by the petitioner with a certified copy of the present order within a period of four weeks, then the respondent District Collector, Banka shall be obliged to consider and decide the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner and private respondent nos. 7 to 36, at an early date preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such comprehensive representation by the petitioner. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition and the same is left to be decided by the respondent District Collector, Banka strictly in accordance with law. The writ petition stands finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
