The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 364 and 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-3, it appears that prior to this case, a complaint case was filed by the petitioner no. 1 against the informant and others.
