Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Jitendra Mohan Sharma Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Manoj Kumar No.1, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the appellants is present. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 with Regional Manager Oriental Insurance Company is present.

After persuasion the respondent No.2 is agreed to pay further amount of Rs. 15,000/- without interest to the claimants as the amount of Rs. 3,64,100/- with interest and by way of final award and amount of Rs. 50,000/-, the amount of interim compensation, have already been paid to the claimants. Learned counsel for the appellants is also agreed for that amount of Rs. 15,000/- and to settle the dispute. Accordingly, the respondent No.2 is directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 15,000/- before the concerned Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal within two months from today and after deposit of the said amount the Tribunal shall pay the amount to the claimants after proper verification within 15 days.

In the result, accordingly, this Miscellaneous Appeal is hereby disposed of.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
