The petitioner is languishing in custody since 7.9.2015 in a case registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody for about a year but the accusation is that one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have criminal antecedent.

Considering the period of custody as well as facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
