The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a PDS dealer. The dealership was allotted to the petitioner on compassionate ground. Allegation is that though the petitioner was a minor on the date of allotment of PDS dealership, he falsely has stated his age as 18 years. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
