JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1168 of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant with allegation of demand of dowry and torture. It further appears from the impugned order that petitioner was earlier granted provisional anticipatory bail on certain condition and due to violation of condition, his provisional bail was cancelled.
