This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mehandia P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 (Sessions Trial No.567 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Section 302(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It has been alleged that the deceased was burnt by the accused persons for demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and it is the husband and his father who had brought the deceased to the P.M.C.H. from Arwal for treatment. He further submits that the father-in-law of the deceased has sustained burn injury while saving the deceased. The deceased has three children who, as

In this case, charge-sheet has been submitted by the police under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The case is of the year 2015. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023.

Considering the fact that the trial has started and the petitioner is the father of three small children who are staying with the family, this application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-III, Jehanabad, in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 (Sessions Trial No. 567 of 2023). 8.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial.
