Heard A.C. to G.P.6 for the State The writ application is directed against the clarificatory order dated 10.10.2007 by which it was directed that the matriculation certification would be the only educational requirement and not equivalent thereof for the purpose of selection and appointment of the secretary to the Gram Kachahary. A counter affidavit has been field on behalf of respondent no.2 enclosing therewith the relevant part/portion of the Rule. Clause 5 thereof sets out the eligibility for selection. Counsel for the State submits that the rule is very clear. The certificate required is of matriculation and not

In view of aforesaid, this court finds no merit in this application. It is dismissed.
