Counsel for Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur submits that his name is not figuring in the list. Office is directed to figure the name of counsel for the University in the list.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed with limited prayer to make payment of arrears of the differential amount of pension due to revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.15227 of 2022(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 of pension on the basis of recommendation of 7th State Pay Commission to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has filed representation which is annexed as Annexure P-2 dated 27.07.2022 before the University but till date nothing was done.

Counsel for the University submits that this writ application may be disposed off directing the University that a reasoned order may be passed on the representation attached as Annexure P-2.

In this background, this application is disposed off with a direction to the University to dispose off the representation of petitioner with a reasoned order, and if the petitioner found payable then University shall assure the payment within 10 weeks thereafter.

With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
