JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected by order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 46460 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2015 and up till now, the case has not been committed, in near future, the trial is not likely to be concluded. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner dashed Md. Reja @ Sufi with pickup van and crushed him and further with the help of other coaccused made obstruction in the way when Md. Reja @ Sufi was brought for treatment, resulting he died at P.M.C.H. In the facts and circumstances stated above, at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27019 of 2016 (3) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 present finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again the prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, the learned court below is directed to commit the case at once, after receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within 9 months. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Amit/- U T
