The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6710 of 2019, arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.07.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 20 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in
