2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 364/34, 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the husband of the informant was murdered due to some monetary dispute and the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of the vehicle driver and further it has also come during investigation that the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased. The accused persons had taken away the deceased from the vehicle in which he was travelling.

4. Considering the serious nature of allegations, levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The District Judge, Munger is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Munger will also cooperate in the trial and will produce the witnesses in the Court on the dates fixed by the trial Court so that the trial of the petitioner is concluded at the earliest.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Munger and the Superintendent of Police, Munger through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
