JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 365 and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of abducting the grand son of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been named on the basis of suspicion. The alleged boy is said to have been recovered from Sadisopur Railway Station, where he was found playing.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Thakur, learned J.M., 1st class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. case No.251 of 2015.
