Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No.63 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. He further submits that both parties have compromised the case as is evident from Annexure
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62730 of 2022(2) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 3 to this application. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tiyar P.S.
