The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 of the IPC and under section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is said to have worked for the gang of Amit Mandal who is suspected in killing of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 82/2015.
