2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 gave dab blow on the neck of son of th informant, whereas petitioner no.2 gave garasa blow on the flank of son of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64185 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge Motihari, East Champaran in Dhaka Police Station Case No. 153 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
