2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103, 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for the death of a married lady, which was recovered in a field near brick kiln.

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is no explanation by the petitioner as to how the dead-body of his wife was found in a field.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and material that has come during course of investigation against petitioner, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2025, the learned Trial Court
