The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 400 of 2017 registered under Sections 411, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the alleged occurrence, F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of 28 years. Further submission is that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on confessional statement, except that, there is nothing against him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49262 of 2017 (3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with C.J.M. (Town) P.S. Case No. 400 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
