The petitioner, who is languishing in custody, seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case being father-in-law of deceased daughter of the informant, who died within three years of her marriage after suffering for certain demands and torture etc.
Submission is of false implication. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific, if any, is against nonpetitioner, the husband of the deceased, who perhaps in custody, if not, going to surrender within no time. Further, petitioner carries no criminal antecedent.
If it is so, in the event of petitioner's son, i.e., husband of the deceased is in custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
