Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barun P.S.Case No.131 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 436 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners as per FIR is that the informant saw that somebody has set the cattle house of the informant on fire and he also saw some persons including the petitioner fleeing away.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case due to village rivalry, they are neighbour of the informant and ready to

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No.131 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that they will not threaten the informant or they will not try to tamper with the evidence..
