This modification petition is filed for modification of the order dated 17.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.43871 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order but the petitioner is a handicapped and he could not surrender in the court below in time.

Taking into consideration the facts, the period for surrender of the petitioner is extended for four weeks from today.

The modification petition is allowed to the extent
