2. On 10.03.2017, 12.07.2017, 14.07.2017 and 17.07.2017, the matter was adjourned at the behest of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 17.07.2017, the Court had recorded that adjournment was by way of indulgence.

3. In view of the fact that today also adjournment is sought, the Court finds such to be unreasonable.
