The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 313, 498A, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Both the parties are physically present in Chambers. After reconciliation both the spouse have gone together. In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on provisional anticipatory bail for a period of two months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79378 of 2018(3) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 425 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Thereafter, both shall appear before the court below and after satisfaction that the parties are living together happily, the court below shall confirm the bail bond and shall take step for disposal of the case accordingly in the interest of preservation of matrimonial institution.
