The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed, abused the informant and thereafter assaulted the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 28.03.2015 at 6.00 P.M. the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35932 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 FIR has been registered on same day at 10.30 A.M. The injury has been found superficial simple in nature and there is a counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
