Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Sections 325, 307, 384 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a case of false implication, but on perusal of the records it appears that there are allegations of assault on the head of the informant causing injury. The assault has been specifically attributed to these petitioners.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50550 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application is dismissed.
