The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No 121 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354-A, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The specific allegation of commission of injury on the head of the informant with iron rod is against co-accused Ranjeet Paswan Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the reason behind the occurrence is land dispute.
