JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42517 of 2024 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the alias name of the father of the petitioner has been left while filing the bail petition and hence, the bail bond of the petitioner has not been accepted by the learned trial court. Learned counsel prays for correction in the name of the father of the petitioner as well as for extension of period of surrender.

3. In the light of the averments mentioned in the modification application as well as submission made on behalf

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68016 of 2024(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 of the petitioner, the name of father of the petitioner be read as 'Sanjiv Kumar @ Sanjit Verma' in place of 'Sanjiv Kumar. The period of surrender is also extended further for four weeks.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 10.07.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

5. Office is directed to take note and make necessary correction in the main petition as well as in the cause title.

6. This petition stands disposed of.
