JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other family members has killed daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is in custody since 25.3.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner. She has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, , let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
