JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 18/2018, disclosing offences under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft inside the house of the informant and taking away ornaments and other articles.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement and except that there is nothing against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78837 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with N.T.P.C.
