Case No.76/18 dated 20.8.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 30(A)/38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2016 and the confiscation case i.e. Confiscation case No.450/18 is pending before the District Magistrate cum Collector, Aurangabad.

(ii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which

It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that final order has been passed and vehicle has been released as such he wants to withdraw this application as the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
