Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was robbed Rs. 1,50,000/- leading to registration of First Information Report against 5-6 unknown persons. Name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Kumar Choudhary.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. Only on confessional statement of co-accused, roped in the present case.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36340 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
