The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Giriyak (Katra Sarai) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2022 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics.
