Virtually, on account of vagueness having on the part of petitioner, who figured as defendant no.2 before the learned lower court as well as having sterile conduct of the petitioner, has led the present controversy allowing the parties to lock their horns and now, the petitioner who could not be found to be aggrieved by the order impugned, though has filed the instant petition. Therefore, the instant petition is found devoid of merit and is accordingly, rejected.
