It has been submitted by the counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 that he could not attend the Court at the time of hearing on account of which it was recorded in the order that no one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2. I am unable to do so since after passing and signing the order this Court has become functus officio. No order need be passed.
