JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35501/2021.

The trial court report reveals that though charge was framed in this case on 15.02.2021 but till date not a single prosecution witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
