The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Revilganj P.S. Case No.203 of 2019 registered under Sections 188, 272 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police got information that three persons had brought liquor but after seeing the police all the three persons started fleeing away. On search, 50 litres of country made liquor and one motorcycle was recovered. Dafadar disclosed the name of the petitioner and other two accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither owner nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and Dafadar on account of personal grudge disclosed

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No.203 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
