Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, despite taking 3.90 lacs through different cheques, petitioner refused to return the money or to execute the sale deed in favour of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that there is no legal evidence against the petitioner to make out case under section 420 of the IPC as the informant did not pay rest amount of Rs.6,45,000/- of sale agreement rather he lodged this false case to pressurize him. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for
