JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. 40 litres of mahua liquor was recovered while being carried through motorcycle of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner sold the motorcycle in question to one Pramod Kumar much prior to the seizure though it was not transferred to the petitioner on the date of seizure. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015, pending in the Court of
