According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner is said to have fired but firing of the petitioner did not hit the informant. Moreover, there is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and several other persons and the injury report of injured reveals that he sustained only four injuries out of them two injuries were found simple in nature and opinion regarding rest two injuries was kept reserved which has not been brought on record till date of passing the impugned order.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bachhwara P.S. Case no. 192/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
