The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 20-09-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58778 of 2018 to the extent of extending time of appearance of the petitioner before the court below.

After noticing the view of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
