2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 16.09.2021 (Annexure P/10) to the authority concerned, present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority, i.e., Respondent No. 6, to consider the said representation and pass necessary

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise should be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
