No. 75977 of 2018 which was rejected on 21.01.2019. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 189 of 2019 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 600 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 337, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing firearm injury on the neck of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2018 and there is no substantive progress in the trial.

Heard learned counsel for the APP as well as the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 58660 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 On perusal of the report it appears charge has already been framed and summons have been issued to prosecution witness named in the chargesheet and three witnesses have been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.

The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conduct it on regular basis and trial is concluded within a period of nine months from the receipt of the order. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) amitkumar/- U T
