Petitioners of both the applications are accused in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 395 of the I.P.C. Therefore, both applications are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19072 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the names of the petitioners and others have been disclosed by co-accused Bhuchu Paswan having hand in the present case. Thereafter, both the petitioners have been remanded in the present case on 29.03.2016 and 07.12.2015 as they were in custody of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 and Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna (in Cr. Misc. No. 19072/2016) and A.D.J. VIth, Barh, Patna (in Cr. Misc. No. 25058/2016) in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015.
