One country made loaded katta and live cartridge were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who carries criminal antecedent of altogether 6 cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation co-accused Bagha Nut has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 39/2015.
