2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 86310 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 05.04.2023. Till date, trial has not concluded and case is still running for prosecution evidence.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
