The learned counsel for the defendant-respondents has pointed out that the order of amendment which has been assailed in this writ application has itself been cancelled and the reference in this regard has been made in annexure-3 to the counter affidavit.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has accepted the said position and has submitted that in view of the aforesaid order passed by the learned court below, this writ application has become infructuous.
In view of the stand and the submissions by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
